During my tenure at Yorkafe, I had the pleasure of serving Salvadoran specialty coffee, which is known for its unique flavor profiles and high quality. I became well-versed in the characteristics of Salvadoran beans, such as their bright acidity, balanced sweetness, and notes of chocolate and fruit.I was responsible for the entire preparation process, from selecting and grinding the beans to brewing and presenting the coffee to our customers. I also engaged with customers to educate them about the origins and tasting notes of Salvadoran coffee, enhancing their overall experience and appreciation for this exceptional product.This experience allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for Salvadoran coffee and the rich culture and dedication of the farmers who produce it.
Our Beginnings

After three years, he opened Yorkafe with the support and assistance of his family. This is how our Yorkafe brand started, as a family business and a classic, cozy concept, inspired by us. We can say that Yorkafe's success has always been to provide the best experience to our consumers, differentiating ourselves as a friendly and warm service, something that distinguishes us Salvadorans, the country where our founder is from. But, even above our distinguished service, we put the quality of the coffee we serve first. Without a doubt, what fills us most with pride is being able to offer our customers the best of coffee from our country El Salvador, our 100% Salvadoran specialty coffee. It gives us great joy and satisfaction to see our customers enjoy each cup of coffee. Currently, Yorkafe has made a change in its business model, going from being a coffee shop in the city to being a company that provides coffee services for events and special occasions in different cities in the country. This has allowed us to bring our coffee to many more customers who enjoy it and live an unforgettable experience at their celebrations or at some corporate events.
